Nathan is the Head of Consumer Protection. As a class-action plaintiffs’ lawyer, he represents large groups of consumers in challenging unlawful practices that individual consumers cannot effectively address on their own. 

He has been involved in numerous leading class-action lawsuits under the Resolution of Mass Damage in Collective Actions Act (WAMCA), including the diesel emissions scandal cases against Volkswagen, Stellantis, Mercedes, and Renault, as well as the TikTok and Google Android privacy class actions. With a background in European and antitrust law, Nathan has also worked on a number of competition law cases, including cartel damages cases such as the Truck Cartel and Forex Cartel.

Before joining Rubicon Impact & Litigation, Nathan worked at a litigation boutique firm in Amsterdam, where he also gained extensive experience in corporate and commercial litigation, particularly in complex multi-jurisdictional cases.
