We represent both Dutch and international firms on multi-faceted legal issues such as shareholder disagreements, breach of contract and privacy. We also advise companies and multinationals in implementing laws and regulations.

Associations and foundations
We represent consumers and private citizens who have joined forces to take collective action against government or private companies. Our success stories include climate issue, privacy, data protection and fundamental consumer rights.

NGOs
NGOs can count on us when it comes to cases focusing on ESG, fundamental rights (such as privacy), greenwashing, environmental damage, CO2 emissions, working conditions and exploitation. We always act for the plaintiff in class action cases. We are well placed to bring claimants and funders together for litigation financing. 

Other law firms
If another law firm needs our specific expertise, or if there is a conflict of interest at play, then we are happy to step in or join that law firm in the trenches of whatever battle they are fighting.

Litigation funders
We work with a small group of trustworthy, specialised litigation funders in class action cases involving foundations, associations and NGOs. Without them, these cases could not go ahead.
