Vita Zwaan is the Head of Impact & Litigation and a co-founder of Rubicon Impact & Litigation. She is an experienced litigator specialising in fundamental rights, with a particular focus on privacy and data protection and class actions. Prior to founding Rubicon Impact & Litigation, she was a partner at the litigation firm bureau Brandeis, where she led the privacy department.
Vita has been involved in several landmark class action lawsuits concerning privacy issues. She advises a wide range of companies and organisations on compliance matters and assists with investigations conducted by the Dutch Data Protection Authority. She is also an expert on cookie legislation.
