Michelle specialises in complex dispute resolution and advises and litigates on commercial contracts, both for national and multinational companies, mass damages claims and financial disputes. She also advises shareholders, management boards and supervisory boards on questions of governance and liability risk.
Her clients include both national and international companies and she works frequently with other legal counsel, law firms and litigation funders. In 2024 she was included in the Lawdragon 500 Global Plaintiff Lawyers.
Michelle regularly acts as a panellist and moderator at international conferences and is a member of the board at the Dutch Trombosis Institute.
