Annelot Vink is a litigation attorney with a broad practice focused on resolving commercial disputes. She advises and represents companies in a wide range of sectors. Before joining Rubicon Impact & Litigation, Annelot worked as a construction and procurement law attorney at an international law firm, where she gained extensive litigation experience in complex cases. In her practice, Annelot focuses primarily on commercial disputes and class actions, with a particular interest in complex issues within liability law.

 In addition to her work at Rubicon Impact & Litigation, Annelot is an active (committee) member of the Recht voor Klimaat foundation. In that capacity, she addresses the role and responsibility of legal professionals regarding climate issues within the legal profession.

 Annelot has a particular interest in private law disputes involving an imbalance of power and/or knowledge between the parties. During her studies in private law at the University of Amsterdam, she participated in the Fair Work and Equality Clinic of the Amsterdam Law Clinics. She also conducted thesis research on the contractual position of female sex workers.
