Max Nazarski

Max Nazarski is a paralegal at Rubicon Impact & Litigation and will be admitted to the bar in 2026. He contributes to a range of collective actions in the fields of privacy, consumer, and environmental law. He is an expert in GDPR. Prior to joining Rubicon Impact & Litigation, Max worked as a privacy consultant and project manager at a high profile governmental institute.

He obtained a Master’s degree in Information Law from the University of Amsterdam (UvA), complemented by practical experience as a legal advisor for a popular television show, where Judge Visser resolves disputes, as well as internships in both legal practice and politics. During his internships, Max developed a strong interest in collective actions and gained insight into how the law can be used to hold Big Tech companies as well as major environmental polluters accountable. In the coming years, Max will pursue these goals as the firm’s newest lawyer.
