Continuation of ICAC workshop on collective action

On November 21 2024, the International Class Action Conference will host a workshop in cooperation with the University of Amsterdam. The workshop will be led by Prof. Aart Jonkers, Prof. Aukje van Hoek and Prof. Ianika Tzankova. Frank Peters will comment on Ronson Salim’s contribution titled ‘Standing in Collective Environmental Claims’.
