On November 29, 2024, Frank Peters will speak at the CPO conference ‘Future-proof boardroom & law: the lawyer as a trusted advisor of the board’ at KIT in Amsterdam. Sustainability, cybersecurity and social safety are themes that should be high on company agendas and as trusted advisors, lawyers can make an important contribution to the way in which directors implement these themes. Frank will speak about the climate transition and boards’ obligations to guarantee companies sustainable, long-term value.
