Anita van Wees is Head of Governance Disputes and has vast experience as a lawyer, focusing on corporate dispute resolution, corporate governance and Enterprise Chamber procedures. She has a wealth of experience in advising management boards and shareholders in corporate disputes and is often involved in contract and commercial dispute resolution. She also works in the field of climate litigation.
Her more recent cases include representing Fossielvrij in its greenwashing case against KLM; acting for Greenpeace in its case against the Dutch state over state support for KLM and representing shareholders in the Steihhoff International financial irregularities case.
